During our coaching sessions, one of the most valuable takeaways for me was the practical toolbox we gained to enhance the quality of our interactions with colleagues and management. It enables us to positively influence others’ behavior while adapting our own reactions in a more constructive and effective manner, keeping the focus on our objective.
